Our Transaction
Homeland has reached an agreement to acquire the Coyote Basin and Red Wash projects in Colorado within the historic producing Maybell Uranium District. Coyote Basin hosts known historical uranium resources and is being acquired at an attractive price per historical pound.

Exploration Stage: Historical resource requiring drilling update
Historical exploration in the 1970’s by Western Mining Resources led to the definition of a large historical uranium and vanadium resource on the project. Homeland new transaction captures the historical resource area and the Company will be working to both grow the resource base and to bring it into compliance with NI 43-101 requirements.

Exploration Stage: Drill Target Definition
Red Wash covers the key sandstone stratigraphic package that are known to host uranium deposit, occurrences, and former uranium-vanadium mines in the immediate area.
